    Responsibilities
    1. Assisting the general manager to develop, manage and serve customers of financing and leasing business, organize and implement projects and programs, implement decomposition of business assessment index, complete scale of charged business and related assessment index;
    2. Assisting the general manager to monitor and predict cash flow, identify and monitor reasonable structure of company's liabilities and capital, be responsible for the overall management and operation of the company capital and its effective risk control;
    3. Building and promoting of business team;
    4. Research and development of financing and leasing products;
    5. Providing advice and decision support the company's major investment, financing and other business activities; participating in the risk assessing, tracking and controlling;
    6. Assisting to continuously improve the business risk management system of the company.
    Requirements
    1. Bachelor degree or above of Accounting, Finance, Finance and Economics or a related field;
    2. Working experience in financing including leasing and financing, bank public credit business; more than 3-year experience in senior management;
    3. Being familiar with bank financing business process; being able to complete financing plans and targets efficiently in time;
    4. Capacity and channels of operating a variety of financing business independently (interviewee with personal connections and resources with banks preferred);
    5. Good capability of financial analysis, practical experience of capital budgeting, monitoring, security and scheduling;
    6. Good communication skill; capability of team development and management.

    Responsibilities
    1. Being responsible for leasing checking, valuation, settlement, tenancy surrendering, subleasing, disposal work in full technical support of the aviation leased property;
    2. Being responsible for asset management of aviation leased property during the lease, including the establishment of technical files, monitoring solution and system of resources, operation of the leased property, technical maintenance and verification, etc.;
    3. Being responsible for maintaining good relations with the aviation regulatory agencies, continuously following up and ensuring compliance with the latest aviation policies, regulations and requirements;
    4. Coordination, supervision and debt collection of lessee's payment;
    Requirements
    1. Bachelor degree or above of Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Aircraft Engineering Maintenance or a related field;
    2. More than five-year working experience in aviation, finance, aircraft engineering maintenance or a related business area;
    3. Understanding the national policies and regulations related to financial leasing, commercial bank operations knowledge, banking requirements of the People's Bank of China and the supervisory authorities;
    4. Being familiar with the valuation, pricing and application of various financial products;
    5. Being familiar with the aviation industry characteristics and operational procedures of related business management; mastering professional developments at home and abroad;
    6. Being familiar with the asset management system and process of aircraft leased property;
    7. CET 6 and above or other examinations of equivalent level; good English and Chinese expressing skill and comprehensive ability;
    8. Good asset valuation capability;
    9. Good leased property management capability;

    Responsibilities
    1. Tracking, inspecting and supervising the transformation of the company's contracts;
    2. Reviewing legal documents of company, ensuring legitimacy and avoiding related legal risks;
    3. Reviewing submitted project for legal risk, assisting to develop , promote, maintain and improve financing and leasing business risk management system;
    4. Organizing and implementing project conditions and later stage of legality reviewing work according to the risk control condition;
    5. Instantly revealing the existence of legal risk in project operations and proposing appropriate solutions;
    6. Exercising legal recourse to company's overdue financing and leasing business, compensation and other issues, assisting to deal with non-performing assets, etc.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor degree or above of Law or a related field with the qualification certificate;
    2. More than 3-year working experience in the financial industry or a related area or as a full-time lawyer; being able to comprehensively use financial, legal, economic and other related knowledge; interviewees being familiar with financing and leasing business process preferred;
